The Vindicator

I started at the Vindicator as a junior designer, and was promoted to assistant art director in the same semester. The next semested I was able to make the jump to art director, putting me in charge of the five other designers on staff.

​

As art director I was in charge of keeping the look and feel of the magazine consistent with the branding, including on the blog. This involves working intimately with the editor in chief, as well as the writers on staff. I also continued to make spreads, every cover story and four-page feature is the responsibility of the art director, as well as an editional two spreads.
